TRAIN DAILY. BUILD PUBLICLY. SHIP THE PROOF.

Every weekday at 15:00 CET I go live and build real businesses with AI. You show up, build alongside, and ship what you made. Share your proof — climb the board.

02 / The routine

Show up.
Build.
Ship the proof.

No courses. No modules. No theory. Just four live build sessions a week — and a points system that rewards the only thing that matters: shipping.

Jump in the live

Join the Skool room at 15:00 CET. Cameras on, builds in progress. Ask questions, pitch what you're working on, request to share your screen.

Build alongside

I work on a real business with AI in the open — prompts, tools, dead-ends, the whole thing. You build your own in parallel. No spectators, only lifters.

Post the proof → earn points

After the session, drop your build in the community: a demo, a link, a screenshot, a Loom. Points post automatically. The board updates. You climb, or you don't.

The point system

Simple rule: points follow the ship, not the talk. Streaks compound. Consistency beats intensity.

  • Show up live, end-to-end+10 pts
  • Share a build after the session+25 pts
  • Publish it publicly (X / Loom / product link)+50 pts
  • Ship to paying users+150 pts
  • 4-day streak bonus (full week)+40 pts
  • Help another builder unblock+15 pts

This is what
actually happens.

Not a setup reel. Real sessions, real builds, real shipments. Here's last week — four open mats, four things that didn't exist on Monday and do now.

05 / FAQ
Questions
before you
walk in?
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Half the gym uses code, half uses no-code / AI-native tools. You'll pick up the stack that fits your build. What matters is shipping something, not the tool you used to ship it.
What if I miss a session?
Replays are in the community. But points reward showing up live and posting proof the same day — so missing sessions costs streak. Miss a whole week and your streak resets.
What can I build?
Anything you could charge money for. SaaS, agency offers, info products, agents, tools, creative studios. If it could generate revenue, it counts. "Learning projects" don't count — ship for real users.
How do the points actually work?
Earn points for live attendance, shared builds, public shipments, helping others unblock, and keeping a streak. Top of the board gets featured; season resets every 12 weeks so a bad month doesn't bury you forever.
Is it really free? What's the catch?
Entry to the community has a flat monthly membership via Skool — that's the only cost. No upsells, no "certification," no mastermind tier. You pay once, the gym is open the whole month.
What timezone is 15:00 CET if I'm in the US?
15:00 CET is roughly 09:00 ET / 06:00 PT. It's designed for the European work day; US builders either come early or watch the replay and post proof within 24h for half-credit.
